I love being a CPA and Tax Consultant but I am still amazed at what I uncover. Everything from the wrong legal entity structure; to 401k withdrawals that are not done to minimize tax and penalties; to the wrong social security number being filed…for years…by the same CPA.
The Tax Code changes have made it more complicated for businesses and unfortunately, many are paying hundreds and many times thousands more than they should. It breaks my heart. 🙁
Like I always say, “I read the tax code so you don’t have to.”
